Statement Regarding Case Western Lawsuit INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana — Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity has been notified that the family of a Case Western Reserve University student who died in a plane crash in 2014 has filed suit against the Fraternity. The victims of the August 25, 2014, crash included two ZBT brothers and two CWRU students not affiliated with the Fraternity. The Fraternity continues to mourn the tragic loss of life resulting from this accident. Out of respect for the victims and due to the pending litigation, the Fraternity will have no further comment on this matter. See statement issued August 26, 2015.
